Does a large pitch mean my rig is allowed?
No. Pitch dimensions describe the space allocated to a pitch. Maximum permitted unit length describes the vehicle a campsite allows. These are separate measurements. A 10-metre pitch does not establish that a campsite accepts a 10-metre rig.
How should I check whether a campsite suits my rig?
Check the listing's maximum permitted unit length, separate pitch dimensions, evidence and approach information. Unknown details are marked as unknown. Confirm your exact vehicle size and configuration with the campsite before booking, including any restrictions on American RVs or fifth wheels.
Does Big Pitch UK take campsite bookings?
No. Membership provides access to a directory. Bookings are made directly with each campsite. Big Pitch UK does not take campsite booking payments or booking commission.
Can I see listings before subscribing?
Yes. Six preview listings are available without an account. Full directory access requires an active paid membership or complimentary access granted by the administrator.
Can I cancel my membership?
A cancellation within 14 days of the first membership purchase or each annual renewal qualifies for a full refund and ends paid access immediately. Later cancellation stops the next renewal while access continues until the paid period ends. Your Profile shows your access end date. See the Refund Policy for details.
